英國房市動能轉弱 倫敦9月房價 3年來首度下降

據英國 RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) 房價調查周四 (9日) 所公布結果顯示，英國首都倫敦 9 月房價出現 3 年來首度下降，而英國全國房屋價格也出現 15 個月來增速最緩慢情況。
