劉文雄感歎，很多年輕人為了還貸、或是存錢買房，省吃儉用，連日常的消費力也沒了，有錢的老闆看到有利可圖也就一窩蜂的投資房地產，於是資金惡性循環、貧富差距越來越大、 國家競爭力越來越衰退、年輕人薪資越來越低、消費力越來越弱，到最後連財團也要出走。
