法北城市為招徠人氣 房價只要一歐元

「北方之聲」報（La Voix du Nord）報導，法國北部的魯貝（Roubaix）部分地區人口流失，用磚頭封死的房屋越來越多，市政府為阻止這個現象擴大，打算買下這些房屋，再以1歐元（約新台幣34元）的象徵價格出售。
