大馬依斯干達特區恐出現房市泡沫 2014年Q4交易量季減33%

據馬來亞投資銀行(Maybank Investment Bank)研究報告指出，馬來西亞柔佛州(Johor)依斯干達(Iskandar)經濟特區房地產供給過剩，未來價格可能鬆動、出現下滑，相較之下，巴生谷(Klang Valley)與檳城(Penang)的房市價格，則可望受惠於地區性的人口增長潛能，及新的交通建設計畫而成長。
