所以，在沒有“普遍放水”的情況下，房地產市場出現根本性逆轉的可能性比較小。當前房地產市場遇到的情況，很可能是階段性的“常態”。政府對於改善型需求政策口徑的寬鬆化，至多會對北京、上海的樓市帶來一些積極變化，房地產市場的整體方向，很難逆轉。
