中華信評：台灣今年GDP上看3.7% 房價跌幅5-10%

中華信評今(21)日發布「2015台灣產業信用展望」報告，中華信用評等公司預估，今年台灣經濟成長率(GDP)上看3.7%，明年略降至3.53%。2014年國內房地產行情持平，預估2015年房地產將出現5%-10%的下修幅度。
